    Targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, commonly to help with muscle damage from injuries. Trigger point therapy is often used during therapeutic massage to find tight muscles causing referring pain.

    Traditional Chinese medical treatment in which the skin is scraped with a tool to help reduce inflammation, reduce adhesions and promote healing.  Can be incorporated into a Therapeutic massage.

    Same goals of a regular massage but is tailored to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies. Focuses on aching and swelling of the pregnant body and is primarily in a side lying position.

    Therapy in which cups are applied to the skin  creating suction as a way of stimulating the flow of energy and help reduce tight fascia.  Can be incorporated into a Therapeutic massage.

    Light touch bodywork that addresses the bones of the head,sacrum and spine.  Works with the addressing dysfunction of the central nervous system. 
    *Due to inability to work on all facial bones at this time, this session is shortened to body, sacrum and parts of the cranium.
  • Hot Stone Massage

    90 min - $110
    The placement of sanitized, warmed, smooth stones upon different parts of the body.  Treatment is done in conjunction with traditional massage techniques. Please allow 90 minutes for session.

Stone Treatment


Due to COVID-19, certain policies will be in place and will be detailed during the online booking process.  Practitioner will be wearing PPE during your session, this may include mask and non-latex gloves.  Clients are required to wear a mask during their session and follow specific protocols.  A Covid-19 prescreen form will be emailed prior to your session.  This form must be completed 24 hours prior to scheduled session.  A temperature will be taken upon arrival.  If fever is detected the client will be required to reschedule their appointment.  If you have or are receiving a COVID-19 Vaccine please wait 2 days after injection to receive massage services.


First time clients please arrive ten minutes early.  If you require any special assistance or accommodation please notify prior to session.  An online health history intake form will be emailed to you prior to your appointment.  Completing this form prior to your appointment time will avoid reduction of time of your session.    Please use a working email address when setting up your online booking account.

Cancellations are bound to happen.  Out of respect to the practitioner please allow for 24 hour notice of appointment.  If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of appointment you will be charged for your appointment.  Arriving late may result in a shortened session.

Same day appointments are not available.  Expect to book your appointment in advance. You may request to be on a cancellation list to get an earlier session date or time.  This is a private practice and cannot provide multiple sessions at one time

Appropriate draping and professionalism will be practiced at all time during massage.  Only areas that are being worked on will be undraped.  Requests for sexual activity will not be tolerated, will be viewed as solicitation, and will be reported.

Back Massage


Amber Spring Anderson is a licensed and certified massage therapist, member of the AMTA and a graduate of the Wisconsin School of Massage Therapy.  She believes that massage is an integral part of health and wellness and enjoys providing relief from every day stress and focusing on pain management.  Amber is experienced in clinical massage with a background in sports science, kinesiology and neuroscience. She enjoys focus on both relaxation and therapeutics while combining eastern and western practices to create a more effective healing response.   She uses local and organic products only.
